Miyoko’s Creamery / Spreadable Cultured Oat Milk Butter Crafted for Spreading

My test for plant-based butter is simple. I spread it on a piece of bread to see how close it comes in taste, feel, and the look of “real butter.” I was already a fan of Miyoko’s European Style Cultured Vegan Butter for cooking, but now Miyoko’s Oat Milk Butter for spreading on sandwiches, muffins, crackers etc. is a great-tasting buttery treat right from the fridge.
